  • 4 cup Greek yogurt, plain
  • 1 cup, unthawed blackberries, frozen
  • 1 cup mango cubes, frozen
  • 1/4 cup wheat germ


  • Place yogurt into four separate, sealable food containers.  Add frozen fruit, seal, and place in refrigerator overnight.
  • When ready to serve, top with wheat germ.
