Frozen Fruit Popsicles

  • 1 medium kiwi
  • 1/2 cup watermelon
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup pineapple
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1/4 cup orange juice


  • Dice fruit and mix together in a large bowl. Fill four 5-ounce plastic cups with fruit.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of juice to each cup and insert popsicle sticks. They should easily stay in place because of all the fruit.
  • Place cups in the freezer a few hours until firm.
  • To remove the pops from the cups, run under warm water for a few seconds. Enjoy!
