  • 1/8 medium onion
  • 1/2 medium bell pepper, green
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 medium lime
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, ground
  • 1/8 teaspoon sugar

Serve With

  • 4 ounce tortilla chips

Instructions

  • Chop tomatoes, onion, and bell pepper; mince or crush garlic, and juice the lime.
  • Mix everything together and season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar to taste.
  • Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
