Fresh Salsa with Tortilla Chips
Ingredients
- 4 medium tomato, red
- 1/8 medium onion
- 1/2 medium bell pepper, green
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 medium lime
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, ground
- 1/8 teaspoon sugar
Serve With
- 4 ounce tortilla chips
Instructions
- Chop tomatoes, onion, and bell pepper; mince or crush garlic, and juice the lime.
- Mix everything together and season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar to taste.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
