  • 1 1/2 cup pineapple
  • 4 medium kiwi
  • 2 medium orange
  • 1 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 4 wooden skewers

Serve With

  • 1 cup yogurt, vanilla, low-fat


  • Peel pineapple, kiwi, and oranges, and cut into bite-sized chunks; halve strawberries.
  • Alternate all fruit onto wooden skewers or have the kids do it themselves.
