Fresh Cranberry Oatmeal

Instructions
- Place oats, water, and juice of lemon in a pot. Allow to sit covered, in refrigerator overnight.
- In the morning, chop apple and add to pot along with the remaining ingredients. Cook on medium until boiling, then lower to a simmer and cook for 25-30 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
