Ingredients

  • 10 large dates, pitted
  • 3/4 cup almonds, whole
  • 2 tablespoon coconut oil

Toppings

  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes
  • 1 cup oats, dry
  • 2 medium banana
  • 2 cup almond milk, unsweetened

Instructions

  • Place dates in a bowl, cover with water, and allow to soak for 30 minutes. Pat dry with a paper towel, then remove the pits.
  • Place pitted dates, almonds, and coconut oil into a blender. Pulse until the almonds have begun to chop into smaller pieces, leaving a chunky mixture.
  • Divide equally among 4 dishes; top with flaked coconut, raw oats, sliced bananas, and milk.
  • Serve immediately.
