Ingredients

  • 2 cup oats, dry
  • 4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoon flaxseed, ground
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup, pure

Instructions

  • Cook oats as directed on package, using milk instead of water.
  • Stir cinnamon, vanilla, flax and a mashed banana into the warm oatmeal. Drizzle each serving with maple syrup before serving.
