- 2 cup yogurt, plain
- 1 cup blackberries
- 2 tablespoons flaxseed, ground
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- Mix 1/4 cup berries in with 1/2 cup of yogurt and 1/2 tbsp ground flax; top with a few almonds. This makes one serving. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
