  • 8 slice bread, whole wheat
  • 4 slice Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 2 medium pear

Serve With

  • 2 cup edamame, shelled
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes


  • Roll out each slice of bread with a rolling pin until each slice is flat.
  • Slice pears thinly.
  • Layer cheese, spinach and thinly sliced pears on flattened bread; serve with edamame and cherry tomatoes.
