Flatbread Cheese & Pear
Ingredients
- 8 slice bread, whole wheat
- 4 slice Swiss cheese
- 1 cup spinach
- 2 medium pear
Serve With
- 2 cup edamame, shelled
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
Instructions
- Roll out each slice of bread with a rolling pin until each slice is flat.
- Slice pears thinly.
- Layer cheese, spinach and thinly sliced pears on flattened bread; serve with edamame and cherry tomatoes.
