- 1 medium pomegranate
- 4 medium apple
- 1 1/2 cup mandarin oranges, canned in juice
- Remove your arils from the pomegranate. (Not sure how? Check here!)
- Chop apples and toss with mandarin oranges. You may want to grind one slice of mandarin just to get the juices all over the apples. This will help keep the apples from browning.
- Add the pomegranate arils and toss together; serve chilled.
