- 4 large egg
- 4 slice bread, whole wheat
- 1 cup grapes
- Spray waffle iron with cooking spray; begin to heat it up.
- Crack egg into corner of waffle iron, break the yolk with a fork; and proceed to repeat in each section of iron. Close and cook as you would a waffle.
- Serve alongside whole wheat toast slices & grapes. You could even add more veggie into your day by adding some salsa on top of the egg waffle.
