- 4 regular English muffin, wheat
- 2 medium apple
- 2 medium carrot
- 2 ounce cream cheese
- Toast English muffins. Thinly slice apples. Peel and slice carrots into sticks.
- Top each muffin half with cream cheese and then with sliced apples.
- Serve carrots on the side.
