  • 2 slices Canadian Bacon
  • 4 slices bread, whole wheat

Serve With

  • 4 medium banana
  • 2 cups milk


  • Hard boil eggs.  While eggs boil, warm Canadian bacon.
  • Toast bread; serve hard-boiled egg with Canadian bacon, banana and a small glass of milk.
