- 4 large egg
- 8 slice bread, whole wheat
- 1 medium tomato, red
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, ground
- 2 cup strawberries
- Hard boil eggs by placing in a large pot of boiling water. Boil for 10 minutes. Once cooled, peel and slice thinly.
- Toast bread and top 4 slices bread with thinly sliced eggs, then a few slices tomatoes, sprinkle with salt and pepper, if desired. Top with remaining slices of toast.
- Serve with berries.
