  • 2 medium pear
  • 4 ounce Brie cheese
  • 4 slice ham, deli sliced
  • 8 slice whole wheat baguette

Serve With

  • 1 cup sugar snap peas
  • 4 medium carrot

  • Cut carrots into sticks, set aside separately.  Slice pears thinly then layer them with the brie and ham onto the baguettes.  The baguette can be toasted or the whole sandwich may be pressed together with a heated sandwich press.
  • Serve the sandwiches cut into smaller bite-sized pieces, alongside sugar snap peas, carrot sticks and any pear slices left over.  Keeping with the theme of the day, make this a pretty little scene with small vases and cloth napkins.  Gather the fun, dressy clothing and shoes too! If there are boys in the home, make it a royal tea time and have princesses and princes.  Have fun!
