- 1/2 melon (6″ – 7″ dia) honeydew
- 2 medium (3″ dia) apple
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Cut honeydew into cubes (or use a melon ball scoop); thinly slice apples, toss in a large bowl with honeydew sprinkled with lemon juice. Serve immediately.
