Cucumber Sandwich & Pears
Ingredients
- 8 slice bread, whole wheat
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1 medium cucumber
Serve With
- 4 medium pear
- 1/2 medium cauliflower
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing, low fat
Instructions
- Spread bread with cream cheese. Thinly slice cucumber and add to sandwich; slice in half. (If sandwich is going in a lunchbox, set cucumbers aside until lunchtime to prevent sogginess.)
- Serve cucumber sandwiches with pears, cauliflower, and ranch dressing.
