Ingredients

  • 2 medium cucumber
  • 2 ounce ricotta cheese, part skim milk
  • 1 cup raspberries

Instructions

  • Slice cucumber into rounds. Optional- cut with small flower cookie cutters instead.
  • Place a small amount of ricotta on center of cucumber (for glue). Add the raspberry for the center of the flower.
