- 1 cup oats, dry
- 1 cup milk
- 4 tbsp peanut butter, all-natural
- 2 medium banana
- 1/4 cup wheat germ
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- Cook oats as directed on package.
- While still hot, stir into each serving 1/4 cup of milk (or your favorite milk substitute) and 1 tbsp of peanut butter.
- Top off each serving with 1/2 sliced banana, 1 Tbsp wheat germ and 1 Tbsp seeds. Serve warm.
