Cranberry Walnut Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 2 2/3 cup water
- 4 large egg white
- 1 1/3 cup almond milk, unsweetened
- 2 cup oats, dry
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 2 medium banana
- 1 cup cranberries, dried
- 4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 1/3 tablespoon molasses
Instructions
- Bring 2 2/3 cup water to a boil in a small pot.
- Chop bananas and nuts.
- Add egg whites to the water and stir, followed by the remaining ingredients.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and cook for about 7 more minutes, stirring often. Add more/less liquid depending on desired consistency.
