Cranberry Tuna Wrap
Serves: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 can – tuna, canned in water
  • 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) – celery
  • 1 cup – cranberries, dried
  • 4 leaf outer – lettuce
  • 4 tortilla (approx 7-8" dia) – tortilla, whole wheat
  • 4 tbsp – mayonnaise, light
  • 2 medium (3" dia) – apple

Directions

  1. Chop celery.  Mix tuna, mayo, celery, and dried cranberries in a bowl.  Spread 1/4 of the mixture onto each tortilla
  2. Add lettuce to the top, roll up and slice in half; serve with sliced apples.
