- 1 cup steel cut oats
- 1 cup cranberries, dried, sweetened
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes
- 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
- Prepare steel cut oats as directed on package.
- Once cooked, remove from stove, add cranberries and coconut flakes. Stir to combine.
- Serve each topped off with some almond milk.
