- 4 large egg
- 1 medium cucumber
- 4 serving crackers, Triscuit
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 4 stick string cheese
- 1/2 cup hummus
- 4 medium tangerine (mandarin orange)
- Hard boil eggs; cool, peel, then slice in half. Slice cucumber or cut into sticks.
- Add all ingredients to lunchboxes in separate compartments/containers.
