Cottage Cheese with Cherry Tomatoes
Ingredients
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 2 cup cottage cheese
- 16 cracker crackers, whole-wheat
Instructions
- Quarter cherry tomatoes.
- Spoon cottage cheese onto crackers, then top with diced tomatoes.
- Enjoy immediately.

I love this snack! It’s one of my favorites. i usually eat it without any crackers, but if I need an energy boost, then I eat a little granola on the side.
