- 2 stalk celery
- 2 cup strawberries
- 2 cup cottage cheese
- 2 cup carrots, baby
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 4 serving crackers, Triscuit
- 1 cup hummus
- Cut celery into sticks. Slice strawberries.
- Place all ingredients into separate containers (combine strawberries and cottage cheese if desired), and add to lunchboxes for an easy lunch to go.
