  • 2 stalk celery
  • 2 cup strawberries
  • 2 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 cup carrots, baby
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 4 serving crackers, Triscuit
  • 1 cup hummus


  • Cut celery into sticks. Slice strawberries.
  • Place all ingredients into separate containers (combine strawberries and cottage cheese if desired), and add to lunchboxes for an easy lunch to go.
  • Don’t forget to include a note!
