Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup yogurt, plain
  • 1/8 cup salsa
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, ground

Serve With

  • 4 medium carrot
  • 2 cup cherry tomatoes

Instructions

  • Mix cottage cheese with yogurt, salsa, salt, and pepper. Chill for at least one hour before serving.
  • Peel carrots and cut into sticks.
  • Serve cottage cheese dip along with carrot sticks and cherry tomatoes.
