Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 1 cup oats, dry
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 4 tablespoon almond butter
  • 4 cup milk

Serve With

  • 2 medium banana

Instructions

  • Mix cocoa powder, oats, honey, and almond butter.
  • Form into balls. Or, if you prefer, you can easily transform this into a smoothie by adding all the ingredients to a blender along with the milk. Sweeten as desired.
  • Serve with bananas.
