Ingredients

  • 1 cup steel cut oats
  • 3 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes
  • 1 cup coconut milk, unsweetened

Serve With

  • 4 medium plum

Instructions

  • Mix oats, water and allspice in a medium saucepan and cook according to package directions. Remove from heat; stir in coconut flakes and coconut milk.
  • Serve oatmeal warm with chopped plums on top or on the side.
