Coconut Pineapple Pops

  • 1 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1 1/2 cup pineapple
  • 1/2 cup yogurt, vanilla, low-fat
  • 1 medium lime
  • 3 teaspoon sugar


  • In a blender, combine coconut milk, pineapple, yogurt, juice of lime and sugar. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into popsicle molds, or if you need to, ice cube trays with toothpicks!
  • Freeze and enjoy!
