- 1 3/4 cup coconut milk
- 1 1/2 cup pineapple
- 1/2 cup yogurt, vanilla, low-fat
- 1 medium lime
- 3 teaspoon sugar
- In a blender, combine coconut milk, pineapple, yogurt, juice of lime and sugar. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into popsicle molds, or if you need to, ice cube trays with toothpicks!
- Freeze and enjoy!
