  • 2 cup edamame, shelled
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 medium orange
  • 1/4 teaspoon dill weed, dried
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


  • Cook edamame according to the package directions; drain.
  • Toss with olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon finely grated orange peel, dried dill weed, and salt.
  • Serve with orange wedges on the side.
