Chocolate Covered Cherry Pop
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
- 2 cup cherries, frozen
- 1 cup chocolate chips, dark
Instructions
- Blend almond milk and frozen cherries together in a high powered blender. Pour mixture immediately into popsicle molds. (If you do not have molds, use paper cups. Cover with aluminum foil and make a small slit in center of foil with a knife. Insert popsicle sticks through the slit.)
- After frozen, melt chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl and drizzle over pops; the chocolate will harden immediately. Enjoy!
