- 2 cup milk
- 1 medium banana
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/8 cup peanut butter, all-natural
- 1/8 cup chocolate protein powder
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 1/4 cup oats, dry
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, plain
