Chicken Sandwich with Veggies
Ingredients
- 2 breast bone and skin r Chicken Breast, Boneless, Skinless
- 8 slice bread, whole wheat
- 4 oz Romano cheese
- 2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 medium (approx 2-3/4″ long, 2-1/2 dia.) bell pepper, red
- 4 medium carrot
- 1 cucumber (8-1/4″) cucumber
- 4 medium (3″ dia) apple
Instructions
- Using last night’s leftover chicken, assemble sandwiches with cheese, lettuce and pepper. Serve with carrot sticks, sliced cucumbers and apples.
