Turkey Salad Sandwich

  • 1 cup grapes
  • 4 serving Turkey breast meat
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise, light
  • 1/4 cup, chopped walnuts
  • 8 slice bread, whole wheat
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 2 bunch broccoli
  • 2 cup Milk, Low fat 1%


  • Slice grapes in half then mix with shredded Turkey breast meat (leftover from Thanksgiving??), walnuts and mayonnaise. Place lettuce on top of bread, top with chicken mixture and then second slice of bread. Serve with small glass of milk and steamed broccoli.
