Chicken Bites with Cherry Tomatoes & Crackers
Ingredients
- 1/2 pound chicken breast
- 1 none cooking spray
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 4 medium clementine
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 4 serving crackers, whole-wheat
Instructions
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Spray a large saute pan with cooking spray and heat over medium. Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from pan to cool.
- Divide chicken evenly between 4 containers.
- Add the cherry tomatoes, clementines, sunflower seeds and crackers. Serve!
