  • 2 medium apple
  • 2 cup, chopped kale
  • 2 cup cherries, frozen
  • 3 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Serve With

  • 4 medium bagel, wheat


  • Peel, core, and slice apples.
  • Combine kale, frozen cherries, apple slices and 1 cup water in a high powered blender. Blend for 1 minute, then add vanilla extract and remaining water.
  • Blend again for 1-3 minutes or until completely smooth.
  • Divide smoothie into 4 equal servings and serve with a bagel.
