- 8 medium tortilla, whole wheat
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup salsa
- 4 medium apple
- 2 cup green peas, frozen
- Place one tortilla into a heated sandwich press; top with 1/4 cup cheese, followed by a second tortilla. Heat until cheese has melted and tortillas are golden brown. Remove from press and cut into quarters. Repeat with other tortillas and remaining cheese.
- Allow to completely cool before packing into a lunchbox. Be sure to add some salsa, an apple, and some peas as well (no worries, the peas will thaw within plenty of time in the lunchbox).
