- 4 ounce cheddar cheese
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 medium tomato, red
- 4 medium hamburger buns, whole wheat
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 2 medium carrot
- Layer 1 slice of cheese, spinach and 1-2 slices of tomatoes on hamburger bun.
- Place in grill press if available, or just eat cold!
- Serve with berries and organic baby carrots.
