- 2 medium carrot
- 4 ounce cheddar cheese
- 2 medium apple
- Shred carrots, or purchase carrot matchsticks. Slice the cheese into thin strips.
- Slice apples and place a small amount of carrot shreds on each wedge. Wrap with a slice of cheese; use a toothpick to hold it together if necessary.
