  • 1 medium tomato, red
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 4 ounce cheddar cheese
  • 2 medium apple
  • 8 slice turkey breast, deli style
  • 2 cup multigrain cereal


  • Chop tomato and cut cucumber into sticks. Slice cheese into 8 thin slices. Core and slice apples.
  • Wrap one piece of turkey around each slice of cheese.
  • Add all ingredients to separate containers within each lunchbox.
