Carrot Eyes
Ingredients
- 6 medium carrot
- 2 ounce cream cheese
- 12 jumbo black olives, canned
Instructions
- Peel carrots. Cut the larger end of each carrot into 1/2-1 inch thick rounds. Cut remaining carrot into sticks.
- Soften the cream cheese, and place into a piping bag. Add a large dollop onto each carrot round for the white part of the eye.
- Slice olives and add one to the top of each dollop of cream cheese for the center of the eye (the best ones to use are the bottom parts of the olive). Serve leftover carrots and olives on the side of this spooky snack!
