- 2 cup oats, dry
- 2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 2 medium mango
- Cook oats as directed on package, using coconut milk for the liquid.
- Top with coconut flakes, pecans and diced mango.
