Caprese Snack
Ingredients
- 2 large pita, whole wheat
- 2 medium tomato, red
- 4 ounce mozzarella cheese
- 8 leaves basil, fresh
Optional
- 1 tablespoon vinegar, balsamic
Instructions
- Cut pitas into wedges; slice tomatoes and cheese.
- Top each pita wedge with a slice of cheese, a tomato slice, and a basil leaf. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar if desired.
- Serve immediately.
