- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 squash (4 inch dia) acorn squash
- 1/2 salt
- 1/2 black pepper, ground
- 2 honey
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Rub a small amount of oil onto a baking sheet.
- Slice squash into 1/2 inch rounds. Remove the seeds and place each onto prepared baking sheet. Brush each squash piece with additional olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and drizzle with honey.
- Bake for 5-10 minutes, until tender and caramelized. Allow to cool to the touch before serving.
