  • 8 slice turkey bacon
  • 4 cup lettuce, romaine
  • 1 medium tomato, red
  • 1 medium avocado

Serve With

  • 3 medium carrot
  • 2 stalk celery
  • 4 medium banana


  • Cook bacon as directed on package; allow to cool, then crumble and set aside.
  • Roughly chop lettuce, dice tomato, and slice avocado. Cut carrots and celery into sticks.
  • Place lettuce, tomato, and bacon into a large bowl; toss to combine. Top with avocado slices.
  • Serve veggie sticks and bananas on the side.
