- 4 ounce string cheese
- 2 medium carrot
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 4 tablespoon ranch dressing, low fat
- 2 cup pineapple
- 4 ounce pretzel sticks or twists
- 8 slice ham, deli sliced
- Cut cheese sticks; peel carrots and slice into sticks (use a crinkle cutter to make them look like little fries!).
- Place all ingredients into separate containers or compartmentalized lunch boxes. Kids can make their own combinations of foods such as wrapping the deli meat around a carrot stick or poking some cheese with a pretzel stick.
