Ingredients

  • 4 ounce string cheese
  • 2 medium carrot
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 4 tablespoon ranch dressing, low fat
  • 2 cup pineapple
  • 4 ounce pretzel sticks or twists
  • 8 slice ham, deli sliced

Instructions

  • Cut cheese sticks; peel carrots and slice into sticks (use a crinkle cutter to make them look like little fries!).
  • Place all ingredients into separate containers or compartmentalized lunch boxes. Kids can make their own combinations of foods such as wrapping the deli meat around a carrot stick or poking some cheese with a pretzel stick.
