  • 2 cup yogurt, plain
  • 1 cup blackberries, frozen
  • 1 medium apple
  • 1 cup granola
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seed kernels
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes


  • Place 1/4 cup yogurt into each of four serving dishes. Layer with berries, diced apple, granola, the remaining 1/4 cup yogurt (per each serving). Top with seeds and coconut. Enjoy!
