  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 2 cup apple juice
  • 2 medium banana
  • 3 cup blueberries, frozen
  • 1 cup raspberries, frozen


  • Soak and drain walnuts. (If you are short on time you can skip this step.)
  • Combine the apple juice and banana in a blender. Add the blueberries, raspberries, and walnuts. Blend until smooth.
