- 4 cup cereal, Cheerios
- 1/2 cup almonds, sliced
- 4 tablespoon flaxseed, ground
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 cup coconut milk
- Divide cereal equally among 4 bowls.
- Top each serving with some nuts, flax, berries, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and some milk.
