Beet-Citrus Salad with Pistachios
Ingredients
- 2 cup slices beets, canned
- 1 cup mandarin oranges, canned in juice
- 1/4 cup pistachios, shelled
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together, serve immediately, or refrigerate in an air tight container.
